Industrial Illusions, shortened to I2, is a game company in the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe. Industrial Illusions Co. LTD was founded by Pegasus J. Crawford and is based in the United States. It started off a small game-designing company, but with Pegasus's creation of Duel Monsters cards (Magic and Wizards in the original manga) it quickly grew into a corporate giant. I² hosts Duel Monsters tournaments and works in close collaboration with Kaiba Corporation to develop cutting-edge holographic technology for use with games.
According to the anime, the company's main host computer system is called Millennium.

The only time that the Industrial Illusions headquarters is ever witnessed is in the Doma Arc of the anime. Following a message from Pegasus, Yugi and his friends travel to America in order to find the Industrial Illusions building. When they arrive, the building is seemingly abandoned but the doors are suspiciously unlocked. After escaping the ambush by Mai Kujaku and the Musketeers of Doma, they manage to reach a room at the top of the tower that can only be unlocked by a special card Pegasus mailed to Yugi. The room is a huge fun house of life-size Toon monster models, and it is here that Pegasus has left a holographic message.

In the Yu-Gi-Oh! R manga, Industrial Illusions is under the control of Pegasus's protégé, Yakou Tenma, who has also hacked into the Kaiba Corporation Duel Link Cyber System. The company has also hired 13 Card Professors, mercenary duelists whose purpose is to keep Yugi Mutou and Katsuya Jonouchi from reaching Tenma.
