Misty is a fashion model who stars in King of the Road and is able to read people's psyiongnomy. She shows an interest in Carly Nagisa, and is later revealed to be a Dark Signer.

Misty gets invited to a party held by Rex Godwin. It's a promotion for the new movie, King of the Road, wherein she plays a character. There, she meets Carly, stating that she will soon die and be reborn.

One day, Carly visits her in her hotel, asking questions about her involvement with the Arcadia Movement. Carly found out that her younger brother had been killed by the same organization. Misty confirms this and vows that she will definitely make the Black Rose Witch, Aki Izayoi, pay for what she did to her brother.
