Mukuro Enjo (炎城 ムクロ Enjō Mukuro) is a Riding Duel champion known as the 'Flame Revenger', determined to defeat Jack Atlas. He duels ruthlessly but fairly, although he is willing to go to great lengths to get the chance to duel against Jack. Mukuro begins with a deck known as the Skull of Fire and later adopts his strategy to outspeeding the opponent, with his Speed Accel deck.

Mukuro has an almost flawless dueling record until he duels Jack for the first time. In the past he is known to have defeated Tatsuya Jyouchi, Esper Rouba, Ghost Takarazuka, Maizuru Kujyaku, Insector Hakata and Dinosaur Hakozaki, whose names are all parodies of characters from the original manga and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (they are parodies of Katsuya Jonouchi, Esper Roba, Ghost Kotsuzaka, Mai Kujaku, Insector Haga and Dinosaur Ryuzaki respectively). He only previous loss was to Pirates Keith, a parody of Bandit Keith Howard.
