Rally Dawson (ラリー・ドーソン Rari Dōson) is a resident of the ghetto of Satellite, and a good friend of Yusei Fudo. Despite his looks, he is actually a boy. Rally was grafted with a criminal marker, and has a bad habit of stealing.

After Jack Atlas is invited to Neo Domino City, he ties Rally up and leaves him float in a boat off the pier, in a scheme to get Yusei Fudo's "Stardust Dragon" and D Wheel, which were neccessary to get to Neo Domino. Yusei saves Rally, who apologizes for the trouble.
