Sho Marufuji (丸藤翔 Marufuji Shō) is Judai Yuki's best friend. Sho started the series off as Osiris Red, then was promoted to a Ra Yellow his second year, and then ended his final year as an Obelisk Blue. Towards the beginning of the show, he was very doubtful about himself as duelist. He was always as seen as the comic relief of the show for the way he talked and for the way he was nervous most of the time. He runs a Vehicroid deck for most of the show until the fourth season when he was entrusted with the Cyber/Cyber Dark Dragons and combined them to create a Cyberoid Deck. In the Japanese versions he calls Judai "aniki".
