[edit] Story
In Yu-Gi-Oh! Monster Capsule, the possessor of the Millennium Ring is Seto Kaiba. Seduced by its power, during his post-Death-T comatose state, Kaiba invites Yugi Mutou and his friends to the Kaiba mansion for a "Monster World" tournament.
Once there, the ring captures the souls of Katsuya Jonouchi, Hiroto Honda, Anzu Mazaki, Ryo Bakura and Sugoroku Mutou and seals them into five figurines. Kaiba explains to Yugi that, in order to get his friends back, he must beat the five Dark Masters, each of whom resides on one of the five floors of the mansion.
[edit] The Game
The game is displayed like a Chess board. The player receives capsules from an MC (Monster Capsule) Machine and places them on the board.
[edit] Rules
- No more than 4 capsules can be placed on the board.
- In each turn, only one of the capsules can be moved one space forward, backward, right or left.
- The opponent's capsules can be attacked when one of the red dots, symbolizing the range of attack the player's capsules have, is marking an opponent capsule.
