Yugi's Mother is rarely seen throughout the series, in the few times she is seen, she is presented as being a firm but caring mother, often seen carrying shopping bags or a ladel.

Yugi's mother only makes a few short appearances. First in the manga, during Chapter 41 where she interupts Yugi's 'Sock Concentration Game' by hitting them on the head with her ladel and telling him he's late for school.

She makes two appearances in the Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters anime, once during Episode 41, carrying shopping bags, and again in Episode 50 where she has a brief conversation with Yugi. (Both of these instances do not occur in the manga).
