Looks like at this point that Maruyama still does the DVD covers. I'm pretty sure it switches to Hara drawing them at some point though.

...Is it my imagination or did Bomber never actually wear that outfit at any time in the actual show despite having settai and a cover illustration of it? I don't think it ever appears in the actual show besides the cut event shown in Ending 2.

They haven't released that far yet. The farthest I believe the settei have up to now is the three tenors and other W.R.G.P. people.
