...and on that line, we start the "Staff Diary."
Hello! I'm "S," producer of the Yu-Gi-Oh Anime.
On the pages of the Staff Diary, I'll be revealing how things are going on production of "10th Anniversary: Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie" and stories behind the scenes as production proceeds toward its release next year in early Spring.

Now, right off the bat, have all of you checked the title of Yu-Gi-Oh! The Movie? That's right!

~Super Fusion! Bonds that Transcend Time~

Well? It says "Super Fusion"!
Not just any regular "Fusion," but "Super Fusion"!

Because, when you add a "super" to plain "natural ability," you get "supernatural ability." Amazing what happens when you add a "super." A "human" becomes "super human"! "Alloy" becomes "superalloy"! "Garden" becomes "Garden Superb"*!

...Sorry, got sidetracked there. Let's try changing the mood.

What exactly does "Super Fusion" detail?
Something to do with Judai Yuki's patented "Fusion Summoning"?
Or maybe it means our three heroes--Yugi, Judai and Yusei--will fuse?
Or maybe it could mean...?

Well, the mystery and expectations thicken.
I will be springing new information on this "Yu-Gi-Oh! Anime Series: 10th Anniversary Official Site," so please make sure to keep your eyes peeled.

Thanks, Horoko. Nice to see them start a blog about this. (I hope he was joking about the three protagonists fusing, though. XD; )

Since it's a translated blog, I took it to mean it was a metaphysical fusion...

Although, I would pay money to see them actually fuse into some super human...

He's probably just throwing around random possibilities (possibly the ones that are popular theories in Japan) to lead away from the true meaning of the title, whatever it is.

Maybe he meant that they will join forces.

I think the title of the movie implies that the three different time periods will be fused so that all three heroes could meet.

Possibly, but I believe that it will be Paradox, who uses his power to fuse the three times. Makes sense that a person named Paradox would have the power to make time paradoxes.

Yeah that makes sense. That's what everyone it pretty much expecting to happen. But I'm interested on how this time travel thing is going to work in the movie. Is it something similar to the shows "stargate" or "star trek" or something else?

This is sounding more and more like the Last Story to Sonic 06.
I wouldn't be surprised if the reset button is pushed at the end of this film.

JACK ATLAS VS SETO KAIBA! Can the time-bending blond/green/brown haired money-muncher stand up to an ATLAS PUNCH?

We are not responsible for any seizures that may occur as a result of two clashing egos of unknown proportion.

I think the name Paradox implies psychology. His mask is strange: a part is like dark, other part is like light and stranges signs. Someone normal - If the character came really from the future - bear a normal mask like Aki. I believe this mask means something about the character.

I think not the character ressembles at Kaiba. It's the contrary: the hairs reminds me Yugi a little, but really very very little. These hairs are the same color that Yugi and characters with blond hairs are little present: Jack Atlas is the second character with blond hairs.

I thought it was pretty obvious from the get-go this wouldn't be have an effect on the canon whatsoever. Just a fun what-if scenario.

maybe my theory is correct, maybe not. But i have something in my head that tells me tha we have already meet paradox.

Oh I know that. I was more referring to seeing the 'button' pushed in the actual film.

It's a given that most movies don't really add anything to the canon its based of. Sometimes though, a movie does go and show why the characters involved don't speak of the movie's events in the series's canon (the ending to the first Bleach movie, for example).

Are the guys from janime planning to update the Yugioh and GX sites to include any new cards played by these guys during the movie? It would be really great if there was a seperate Janime site area for this move and the cards played... Any plans on this?

There is 1 for the DM movie and for the 5D's OVA so probably it will have its own section on the site.

Nah, I don't think so. The best thing we could get is a written summary by somebody who attends at the tour. Perhaps pictures..or cam version. *sigh*

It should be... pretty much everything is on the internet now.

Well it will be shown only once and not the complete thing, so.
And camera versions are usually not very good in video quality. And not to mention how bad the audio quality will be. The best thing we may get from this preview of the movie is for someone to write down what he saw and heard .

Your right about the bad quality on those carmras. I couldn't enjoy several bleach episodes because idoit did that. Hopefully someone will have the common sense not to do that for the Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary movie.

October 12th was supposed to be the air date of the YGO OVA in Jump Fiesta, but I don't know anything about a preview of the 10th anniversary movie.
It already has something which is said to be a trailer - http://www.yugioh10th.com/trailer.html - but you probably know this.

Wait a minute, didn't Darkness from GX mention something like Duel Monster's creation has brought the world into destruction & that he was the embodiment of the Future of the world.
