I'm not a huge fan of the Neos monsters to start with, ironically enough.. the new one has like Neo Pokemon syndrome. :/ Where it's somehow even more off looking than the originals. xD;

I.. think they could've done better, or at least they could've gone with Elemental Heroes and not Neos. /my two cents

Weird looking monsters aside, I still think this movie will be awesome IF it's done right. Because they can easily manage to screw it up, and it'll turn out horrible. Then again, I take comfort in knowing that 4Kids has nothing to do with this one. > >;

Alright! Looks like things are swell for the time being. So this time around, I'll be commenting on the monster cards that appeared before our very eyes by the writers themselves.

First comes Paradox's Sin monsters theme. I know they were just recycled only to add "Dox" design on the already known monsters. They may not look original by appearance alone, but card effects may appear scary and intimidating on our 3 musketeers over there. So I should wait further card effects coming to back-up this Sin upgrade. Go ahead Paradox and warn us like the "end of the world" may come in 2012. (Just a joke folks )

Now for the heroes monster card fusion. The design is pretty decent enough, we'll just hope they draw that guy really well in the movie. (Maybe the 3d effect on him may scare me a bit) Let's guess what kind of effect this Neos-BLS guy can throw at us.

On the left, it seems to show a kanji for Sin ("Sin no ka wo..." I don't know what this means). On the right it says "Duel Sin jidai", or "Duel Sin Era" / "Era of the Sin Duel"? I guess that ties in with the "Forbidden Duel World - Sin World" tagline from the Jump Super Anime Tour trailer...

Wasn't that simply an advertising in this month's V-Jump?

Hmm. It looks like some advertising schedule, regarding when will information be revealed in what source. (Which programmes, Jump magazines, etc.)

I see Anison Plus in there. I suppose they're going to feature the movie again? It looks like it's going to be done on the eve of January, but the date looks ambiguous to me. I mean,

PS: I have the other screenshots that Arynis found on Newwise BBS, without the site's logo on the pictures, (you know..this one that Newwise place in the lower, right corner of every pic in their site) if someone wants them. They all are from 2ch.net. Although, with or without the logo, the screenshots don't change much so forget what I said.

Judai getting hit by Stardust..Seriously, I MISS that expression from Alcatraz Tower! Where they eyes go white and its all fuzzy and everything's dramatic. Such nostalgia!

If you read my post better you would have seen that I meant Judai is able to fuse the easiest out of the two, Yugi in the middle and Yusei last. Judai has more ways to fuse monsters than he does a change of underwear.

Truly the video is AWESOME. The quality is AMAZING. The characters are MAGNIFICENT.
The scene where Judai is attacked by Stardust and saved by Crimson Dragon is clear, and make me think that this is the moment where the 2 of them will meet. Then comes the scene where the 2 are on the rooftop.
Oh, anyway, everything is too complicated.
Also I was able to notice that Yugi's voice is a little bit deeper.
Paradox is so GOOD as a villain.

Crison Dragon who stop Stardust Dragon's attaks is amazing ! Paradox's violet hair are blond at the origin. And Paradox seems to be definitively a Psychic Duelist.

Certainly looking better and better. Also pretty funny hearing Yusei call Yugi "Yugi-san" despite him being technically older, despite the timewarp.

I love the Judai's face when he is hit in the minute 1:00. It remembers me the Jounouchi's face in his duel against Malik.

The video shows to Cyben End Dragon and Rainbow Dragon with Stardust Dragon so Paradox only steal the main dragons of the three series... I wanted a Sin Dark Magician Girl T__T

The movie isn't out yet and I found an error at 0:45, and it repeats itself at 2:09 and 2:35.

Yeah...I noticed that too when I saw it at first, but didnt find it significant. What I found more strange were Judai's fingers at the same scene.

Is it just me or does Yusei have new Signer powers? The red glowing thing he equipped to his duel disk?

I think that duel was animated by Kagami. So yeah simmilarities would be noticed.

I wouldn't mind if the whole movie were just Judai doing the "Jonouchi Being Burned By Ra" face for an hour. For several reasons. I also see the Crimson Dragon is still keeping up its job of randomly saving people.

Yeah, I think we've been teased enough. Movie please.

Nice new scenes with each duel disk activates & Judai being gang banged by 3 Dragons (ewww, that sounded aweful...).

This wasn't really a "trailer." This is Eネ, where different kinds of anime and whatnot are pimped and hyped. I posted a thread similarly a few months ago which featured Jaeger's VA, Tetsuya Yanagihara, pimping YGO 5D's several good traits and etc. (Ironic, since most of them have gone down the shitter since then--well, less 'ironic,' more 'sad.')

I like the way the 3 of them say "EGZO!" at 2:07. It sounds quite cool.

"iku zo" = "Let's go[!]"

Hmm, isn't it "Iku zo!" ? Oh wait, Horoko answered that already. XD

The trailer also states that Yusei reaches Judai with a time slip, I suppose that confirms the wrecked roof as GX's period.

I noticed something interesting. (Masked) Paradox referred to Yusei as "omae no Stardust...", but (unmasked) Paradox referred to the three protagonists as "kimi-tachi". I don't see why he would switch from a ruder pronoun to a polite one unless:

- He has a split personality in some way (Well... look at the mask. Is it really a surprise? On a related note, they are joking how Haderu and Atsushi Tamura are "brothers"... haha.)
- He just dislikes Yusei (but for what reason?) He seems to "look down on him" (he raises his head) when he's doing that speech while Atsushi is commenting in the video. (You can hear him say "[...] Fudo Yusei!", but the rest of the dialogue is hard to hear.)

I'm also curious about what unmasked Paradox said to the three protagonists. Something about believing, battling and Duel Monsters?

Also, the music from 1:35 - 1:56 reminded me of the second Legend of Kyrandia game's BGMs and feel. (Funnily enough, the second game is called "The Hand of Fate".) I do know they are from the movie/5D's, but it still felt nice and nostalgic. :B
