Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Ahh, so that's the "fusion."
Each of the ace monsters of the heroes fuse their attacks into one to take down Sin Paradox Dragon and destroy him. So it's like..."WHEN OUR POWERS COMBINE YADDA YADDA YADDA!" Well that's not too surprising.
So basically each turn of the protagonists is set up where they pull out their ace monster...but then one has to ask.
....How was Yusei able to get Stardust Dragon back in the final duel? Wasn't it still belonging to Paradox?

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
After seeing how Paradox boasted about stealing Stardust in that commercial, i think there is a logical answer:
Yusei: I tune Junk Synchron and Junk Warrior [insert teh stardust lore] Become the light that shines upon! Take flight! Stardust Dragon!
Judai: HEY! WHAT THE HELL?! THAT THING ALMOST KILLED ME!
Yuugi: Didn't you say that the bad guy stole it?
Yusei: *shrugs* I still got the card *shows duel disk* He stole the pretty picture, but, otherwise, he didn't seem to do anything to harm the card.
Paradox: BWAHAHAHAH! YES, BUT YOUR CARD IS RUINED! IT DOESN'T HAVE A PRETTY PICTURE! IT HURTS YOU INSIDE DOESN'T IT?! TO LOOK AT HTE CARD AND NOT SEE A PRETTY PICTURE.
Yusei: .... N-no ;___;
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
LOL @ Jack Atlus.
But wait...I think I may have stumbled onto an answer.....Remember that list of new cards played in the movie...?
"???
{Normal Spell?}
Activate only when you control 2 {or more?} Spellcaster-Type monster. Gain control of 1 opponent monster."
Does Yugi steal Stardust Dragon back?

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Oh, that would make more sense.
Since Stardust is likely the last SIN monster before the Paradox and Truth it would make sense for it to be on the field when Yuugi's turn comes, so i'd say your theory is 95% likely.
....But, now i want a special Stolen!Stardust card... and Stolen!Rainbow Dragon, Stolen!Blue Eyes White Dragon, etc. >.>
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
It's not like the heroes would want any of Paradox's other monsters, and there's no conceivable way to actually get Stardust Dragon back, at least within the frames of the duel itself...
Plus it gives Yugi his chance to shine and have his Dark Magicians work their magic to purify Stardust and reunite him back with his master. ^___^
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
I wonder one thing, if someone can answer me, Yugi act as he has met Judai already(end of the season 04) or not at all, he is just the super legendary random duelist take by the crimson dragon who don't care about the two others. Oh and i wonder if Yugi is more cynical about the D-Wheel too.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
So, in the end was this translation of a line in the movie accurate?:
Spoiler: Old Translation of some lines
That would make sense.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
I somehow doubt Yugi would mention the final Graduation Duel, since that whole encounter was set up by the adult Yugi of the future, so that Judai could magically face a version of Yugi from an alternate timeline where Battle City had ended and Yugi had just won the 3 god cards. That whole final duel was something almost completely self contained in regards to the timeline. Time itself even stopped for the two of them to duel.
...I don't see why Yugi would be cynical about a D-Wheel though.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Yes, how Yugi reats towards Judai is a good question.
But Yliaster mentionned by Horoko is something of very interesting.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
It's no more ridiculous than a future where card games decide almost all of life's important everyday affairs, and results in the extinction of mankind, tbh. I mean, really.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Oh, I can totally see it... Paradox so not blending into the crowd. "Aha, there he is! Summon monsters!" Some of the kids go "Whoah, cool!" or "WAAAH what is that!
ROFL, that scene is going to be priceless. I just know it. XD (Poor Pegasus...)
Hmm, so they reversed time to buy time. Interesting.
But the dimension disintegration is also interesting. I'm really interested in this one.
Thank you for answering!
Hmm, would that mean that defeating Paradox also means the future is fixed? But how? If the Reset Button was hit, I wouldn't see that happening. But if Yliaster is the one responsible for the Bad Future, maybe we'll see it wrapped up in 5D's... perhaps that episode title is indeed related to the movie?
Ah, that explains how they never died.
Golden with emerald decorations, huh? That sounds nice. And it's alright!
...Wow. Just wow. No wonder he did what he did after that. Damn. *brb writing analysis*
It depends. If Yliaster is indeed behind Paradox's future... but either way, that's what makes the movie so interesting, because it casts both sides as good and bad. Grey And Gray Morality.
It would make sense if I could tie GX and Darkness into this, but the movie apparently Jossed it with revealing that Yliaster made the future go FUBAR, so... Goddamn! D:

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Oh please.......It's like you describe 4KID'S Seto Kaiba. Yugi is such a kind kid. He's more probably to admire Yusei and Judai and treat them like a good friends. I guess he'll also be impressed by Yusei's D-Wheel, if he actually notice it in all this bustle that Paradox will create. After all his grandfather is dead.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Yup, they did it once again, where they made Stardust seem to be Jesus in dragonic form. *palms face*
Okay, you all know I was being supportive of the film, looking MASS forward to it. But really, this pushed it to make Stardust Dragon AND Yusei to be the best of all three series. No, just, no. I really would prefer if they just beefed up their ace monsters instead and Yugi plays the card he once used in DOMA where the monsters attack Paradox's all at once, one by one weakening like what went on when he used on Obelisk by that guy. Now that would be more balanced than beefing a friggin Stardust.
Oi, well, don't mind me guys, I'll probably act positive once I see the film. I get like that preeetty easy. =_=

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Don't worry, in a year from now, I'll travel back in time and upload the video the day it comes out in Japan. I just hope that doing so doesn't cause any time paradoxes that negate the need for me to go back in time, thus preventing me from doing so and thus making me need to again. Well great, see what happened? You just caused a time paradox. If only you were patient and had waited for someone to actually have a rip of the movie to upload instead of just asking for something that no one has yet as though you were entitled to it. Maybe then time and space would have been saved. But no, we're all doomed, I'm afraid.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
So, this Anime movie might actually tie into the main anime? The reason Paradox's future was so messed up is because of Yliaster, so they explain that Yusei needs to defeat them in order to prevent that from happening.
I wonder if perhaps the recent fillers were due to this fact, as they didn't want to reveal too much about Yliaster's Tenor Trio before this fact was made known...
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
I can totally understand your frustration, its okay, but if you look at it, Yusei's not really stealing the show at all. They all play a pretty important part. Heck, Yugi's spell card is what allows Yusei to get Stardust Dragon back on his side of the field in the first place. And by all of the heroes working together, they're able to take it all down. It's not like Yusei's doing all the important crap by himself.
I don't see how having all three of the ace monsters of the hero combining their attack with Stardust is not balanced. They all combine their attack and hit for game.

Well fortunately that's true, guess looking differently it does balance enough. I just hope when all 3 are together, its not Yusei doing most of the talking as if Yugi and Judai are just on the side. All I'm hopin' for! And for the DVD release and its supposed 11 min. length deleted scenes.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
No, there's no 3-way protag fusion in the movie, only E-Hero Neos Knight, which was fused from Neos and Junk Gardna.
Also, I've been meaning to link this for a while now: http://www.oricon.co.jp/news/movie/72695/full/
A wild Kazuki Takahashi appears!

Is Yilaster really the core of all this..?
Also:

{Junk Synchron + 1 or more Non-Tuner Monsters.
Once per turn, when your opponent declares an attack, you can switch 1 monster {you control?} to Defense Position. When this card is destroyed by battle, the monster that destroyed this card is switched to Defense Position.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
I know when you will pass the movie on TV Tokyo? and type is not known when it will launch the film on DVD in Japan?
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
....What are you even saying?
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Ah, so that's Junk Gardna.
So...do we know what the non-tuner of Junk Gardna was? If it was a Yugi monster, that would mean the resulting Neos Knight would technically be a fusion of all three protagonist in a way.![]()

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Are you asking if TV Tokyo would air the movie and when would it be released on the DVD?
In that case, the asnwer for both is: We don't know yet. The movie premiered today. (Or yesterday for Japan.)
Groun_Mole: I'm not sure, but XYZ Dragon Cannon posted the summary of the duel:
Spoiler: Saving space

That's a good point! I didn't even think of that. Maybe that's where the Chaos Soldier comes in. Although...Chaos Soldier is way too high of a level....so that....uh...
....I'm really starting to think the Chaos Soldier resemblance is just one big rick-roll from the creators. It makes no sense.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
The movie is 45 Mins long but when the DVD Release comes out it has 30 mins of extra's
So were looking at a 75 Min movie when the DVD come out
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
Looking at what happened. It seems to me that the overall hype of this movie was the meeting of the 3 protagonists. Anyways, I don’t care if the duel was short or if the movie was short, as an optimist I like anything that is thrown at me. So as usual, I will enjoy this movie.![]()
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary Movie ~Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time~
God, I wish I could understand what that summary says. T_T
But from what I could see, I don't think Junk Gardna used any of Yugi's monsters as synchro materials. It was Road Runner, Junk Synchron, and some...one star monster. I can't make out what it is. Google Translate is fail.
******, I wish I could understand this T_____T
