I do not know, it was kinda a special thing for older audience. It was number 7 in the box office during its opening week, making a little over 1 million USD in one week.

I don't doubt there'll be another one in future. Since there'll probably be another series after 5D'S, Takahashi's having new ideas and the animation technique is improving, I'm sure another movie will be made...but may be after another 10 years. xD xD xD

Well I hope they make another movie. I think this movie wasn't popular due to the fact that it was just 46 mins long. Sure there was great animation and stuff but, I wouldn't want to pay the same price ticket to watch a 46 min movie as opposed to a 1:30/2 hour(s) movie.

they should do a 1hr 30min movie. 1 hr for plot, 30 min duel. 5Ds has shown the plot works very well on its own.

Was that just a product of how the clip got edited, or did Judai for some bizarre reason, activate Yugi's card on his duel disk?

Well, since the 3 of them are dueling as a team, since they share 4000 LP, and considering all 3 of them have control over the monsters, spell and trap cards played by them in the game, I think the answer is simple - Yugi ended his only turn by playing 1 card face-down (De-Fusion) and Judai used it to defuse Elemental Hero Neos Knight and brings Elemental Hero Neos and Junk Guardna back in to Defense Mode.

I don't think that would quite be iot. Yusei's chants all use the word "clustering" and the phrase "Hikari satsu michi tonare!", which is not in the phrase you listed. Maybe something like:

"The clustering resolves will become a new iron shield. Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Appear now, Junk Gardna."

But again, a complete guess.
