Did Paradox steal cards from Jesse,Syrus,Kaiba;and Joey? The movie doesn't show it but will they add scenes to the movie about this?

Paradox only said he collected the strongest cards from every era. How he obtained the cards is ambiguous, but they do not have the inverted coloration like Stardust Dragon's absorbed card does. Judai calls out Paradox when Rainbow Dragon is summoned, but it is never elaborated upon. And no, we do not know if they are going to add scenes on this part.

Japanese DVDs usually surface at least three months before the air date, if not sooner than that.

For example, on the Bleach DVDs I'm waiting for, they have up to the end of January for pre-order as of tonight, about three months away from now.

If it comes out in February as you speculate, then we should hear some news by December at least, or it's a no-go.
