Let's see, characters with their names, slight image of paradox, and seems like screenshots of each of their duel disks activating. Pretty sweet to see! I mean, Yugi's starting up, then Judai's, then Yusei's, showing off the evolution of the devices that produce holo-imaging of children's card games!

Also, seems like no Speed Duels, from what I can see. But, I'm sure each series will show their fine uniqueness of their time period. So far, SO good!

These new scans are great! I love the new screenshots. The three protagonists are pretty badass with that perspective. Paradox is looking good in there, too.

wow judai and yusei in one screenshot! and along with yugi! wow!, this movie is any yu-gi-oh fans dream come true.

by the way could the movie start the way gx ended? by that i mean it shows the conclusion to yugis and judais duel and then thats when the movie is set because judai is in yugis time so all we need is yusei to show up there and the movie is set. so we have season 4 judai, check, we have atem in it, check, and we might see older older yugi go to yusei and asks him to help judai and past yugi out in the past while they fight paradox?,check, so far this movie is giving us everything we ever wanted into one

i dont know i'm just thinking about the movie alot but do you guys think that at the end of the movie when they kill paradox or turn him good or whatever, does yusei go back to his time and judai goes to the desert and then runs off in the middle of nowhere?

I know it's difficult, but I'll be happy if Asuka appears, for instance, 1 minute xDD. But I know, it's a only an aprox. 40 minutes OVA and it's very difficult to see the other characters from YGO / YGO GX.

We already saw alot of yugi.(Pyramid of light,capsule monsters and such)Lets just see more jaden and yusei for once.

If anything, I think we'll be seeing most of 5D's supporting cast and other main characters than any of the others from the other series. Otherwise it would suck if Yugi, Judai, Yusei, Pegasus, and Paradox were the only characters in the movie. Granted that won't happen, but this is NAS..

Actually I think it would be better if it only was about yugi,jaden,and yusei.Putting other characters would maybe ruin the movie.

It depends. The main chara line could include only Yugi/Dark Yugi, Yusei, Judai and Paradox ( as I think it will happen ), but putting some other familiar characters won't be that bad if this won't have negative effect ot the plot.

It's been confirmed its only 40 min? Hm guess that'd be cool with me, I'm used to the Dragonball Z movies running that long so meh XD

I know you're a yugi fan and I understand that you want yugi to be shown alot but yugi already got alot of screentime.Jaden and Yusei may be shown just a little more than yugi.

This OVA could be 40 minutes, but the movie is gonna be at least 1h30min.

Well, Pyramid of Light was about 1 hour 37 minutes long, so this new movie should have a similar length.

...But you can't really have a 10th anniversary movie if you don't include the cast that made their respective series. It would be nice if the main and the secondary casts at least appeared, if only on a brief cameo level.

It may not be "canon", but it's definately an official Yu-Gi-Oh Movie. The TOEI one was as well.

That is why NAS redid the story line, the music, the dialogue, and added scenes when it was released in Japan. I saw the subbed version. It was way much better. That's telling 4Kids that they can't write something worth anything good that is based on something that they didn't create.

If the three of them lose to that Paradox guy, they should send in Jack and Jonouchi to beat the heck out of him. It would be a fair fight ;D

Damn I hope it's not 30 minutes long. That's hardly enough time to build up for the big end duel. Anyone hoping to see some new spellcasters, Heroes/Neos, and Synchro cards? I can't wait to see Judai's reaction to Yusei's Synchro monsters. XD

Yusei: Oh this. In the future, fusions were replaced with these new type of monsters called synchro monsters. They are summoned by sending 1 tuner monster and 1 or more non tuner monsters on your side of the field to the graveyard who's total levels equal the level of what ever synchro monster your trying to summon. They are very powerful.

Some of you are saying theres an OAV and a movie. Others are saying the OAV is the movie. Can someone please clarrify this. If they are two which one is which?

There is only the movie which we don't know how long it will be.

The OVA was this thing with Rua and Ruka Horoko explained a pages ago and there they also showed the actual trailer(not the teaser) for the movie that will come in January.

Well thats how I understand it.

Art is not the same as animation! And to be honest, I like both the animation and the art of the movie very much, mostly because it's by Takahiro Kagami who did DM's best animation until he departed after the Doma Arc to MADHOUSE...

Wow it sounds great! So my theory seems correct on how the events of the movie will come to pass that it begins at 5D's then backwards to the original DM. Definitely awesome, this movie's giving good vibes it'd do wonderful. Even if not, there'll be stuff that's unforgettable!

The story section does mention something about Yusei and a "time slip," so I'd say yeah, it starts with 5D's. I just seriously hope that isn't the "only he fell into the time slip!" excuse isn't use to justify the fact that other characters won't appear. I highly expect it to be this way for some reason...

Yup, I didn't have that much high hopes for it, which is surprising because I'm a sucker for crossovers. Yup, I love 'em. But this just sounds....meh-ish. Unless it's the quality of the first season of 5D's, then yeah, I'd be more interested but..Stardust Dragon being so important? Really? I mean, what, the God cards weren't beast enough? Sounds pre~tty season 3 5D's-ish if you ask me, and we all know how that's going along...

Well, by adding some hard work, no Deus Ex Machina thingy, good humor, action, and solid 3-D stuff, it may be more interesting. So far those are 3 points in the movie, the foruth is the ending which won't be spoiled. Just gotta add good stuff inbetween those points and could be more fun

Not only that. They are keeping the stuff connecting Yugi and the original Domino for last.
Which will mean less screen time for the actual legendary duelist(s?) .

That stolen stardust idea is like the thing in doma where the gods were stolen.
And Stardust in all means never had even 10% of the power the Gods had. Magical and even gameplay wise, of course considering their anime effects.

Can definitely agree. I guess in the viewpoint, each duelist has their ace monster which houses some sort of force or spirit within. Yugi's Black Magician houses Atem's most faithful servant, Mahado. Judai's E-HERO Neos houses a powerful being from the galaxy. And Yusei's Stardust Dragon is kinda like a deity. With each of their ace monsters, it grows from one level to another (noble servant, hero, deity).

Its true, God Cards are the most powerful cards into being. As Pegasus mentioned in GX, during their era, the gods were no more of this world. But, doesn't mean the God Cards are they key to harmony or chaos. As kaiba said, faith in other things can be sometimes more powerful than a god, which is what Yami has proven in the battle against Yami Malik. Who knows, perhaps Paradox will not just steal Stardust. It could be just the beginning and he steals Neos and Black Magician in the eras.

This is what I hope. If its just Stardust Dragon, despite what I said, that's just pushing it -_-
