It's possible. In all cases, it will be a nice card.

4kids seems to be ready to release some big Yugioh news, if you give them a blog link and email, they said they will send it to you. My blog is tumblr, don't know if that really works though ... They are taking it through twitter, which is why I missed it, I rarely check their twitter.
https://twitter.com/#!/YGO3D
Just give blog link and email.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
I'll add their Twitter to the links section.
Looks like Sound Duel 3 for 5D's will include the Eyecatch themes for the movie. CosmicGhost speculates them to be these:
Here's hoping that the BGMs that 5D's and the movie shared will also make it into Sound Duel 3.
EDIT: OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD I just realized I did my most embarrassing misread ever. I'm so ****ing stupid.
This particular part, which I initially quoted as saying that the movie would be released internationally in 2012, whereas it just said that the international 10th Anniversary is in 2012. And I went on to claim how Europe got shafted and everything. The 10th Anniversary is being celebrated over a three-year window, reflecting the property’s original launch date geographically. Asia marked the milestone in 2010, North America will do so in 2011 and the rest of the world in 2012.
I... Just... DAMN.
/)_(\;
Bottom line: Don't trust everything I say 100%. Also, both the US and Europe will get the movie simultaneously, as evidenced by Kazachok.com's magazine.

Gotta love the distributor for Korea. You know, the guys who apparently thought it was a good idea not to release Judai's last two cards for the past 3 years and happens to make everything worth less than 10 bucks? Turns out they're releasing the movie on the 24th for some screwed up reason. And they're not releasing a movie pack, instead releasing Sindust, Sinend, Sinblue and Sinred as movie cards. THE HELL?
And thus...suddenly, I'm liking 4kids and envying you guys.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
4Kids isn't responsible for the distribution of the cards, if that's what you're saying.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
Not to show off my luck BUT i figured out how simple and awesome the movie day will be for me, since it is less than an hour away and without any need of car drive i'll wait for the last day on March 6 to go early in the morning, I'll buy my ticket at whatever the next showing is, and then:
A) Less than an hour: Go to comic book store from the mall and waste some time. Watch the movie and in my 3D high i will go to a gamestop to pick up my Pokemon White, play during the high all the way home.
B) More than an hour: Go to the trolley and head off to a gamestop to pick up my Pokemon White and return to the mall and start my Pokemon White adventure until the movie starts. Watch the movie, maybe buy a comic if i have some money left and go home playing Pokemon White.

My plan? ...
Call up two Yugioh friends, they might invite others as well, and meet up at theater. Watch movie, perhaps exchange my more knowledge with them (regular fans, not super fans like us), go home, and exchange photos on facebook.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
My intricate little plan...
Wake up in the morning, dress up as Yusei in cosplay, then wait for my group of friends, dressed as Judai and Yugi (possible Carly joining), as they pickme up and we head to the movies. When there, we will duel to kill time seeing as we're gonna get there very early with the whole one showing only thing and have tickets early and get good seats and also will snap pics of anything crack and awesome we can think of (Carly snapping pics individually of us as if a red carpet event). Then once inside the thing, record a very small and quick video of the three of us with the 3D glasses, and start bobbing our head to the tune 'What is Love' as we grin like complete idiots.
Oh and crossing fingers to see the winning fanarts before the film, too!

I'd just wear a mask and regular clothes.
I might get two or three friends to go with me, though it'd take lots of convincing and lots of facepalm that the two i know are interested enough to go don't have passports lol.

My plan is to throw myself into ground to plead with anyone who gets to see the movie when they stream it to pass me the file-v-;;. That, and to get Junk Gardna as soon as possible.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
What ever happened to just using a real website for news? I am so sick of these companies being too lazy that they rely solely on twitter or facebook or something other crap site like those to post news.
With that said, I am mad that the movie is not being shown anywhere around me.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
But at least you know that it will be on the TV over there soon after the release. Everyone outside America on here have no way of knowing if and when the film will even come to their country.
That said, it must be awful knowing that it's being shown in your country but isn't on general release and with America being so big it's not always practical to go to the city nearest you. At least when it comes to the UK if it's only shown in London it would only take me three hours on the train to get there.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
I don't see why 4kids would release the movie here even on DVD. The UK never got 5D's over here for some bizarre reason.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
The movie scenes we had at the end of episode 146 were kinda cool. x) I don't know why, but just couldn't stop laughing when Yugi got swallowеd and spat by the Crimson Dragon. xD I didn't imagine that part this way, but I kinda like it. Impatient to see what the next scene portion will be.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
That's very good and a very valid point.
However, I just think that releasing the movie theaters should be earlier rather than later. It would give people time to schedule off of work, to say "no" to other plans, or to schedule how they will get there, as some people here have already done.
They don't have to wait until they get 250 theaters, but even 20 more would help. Besides, when was the last time they updated? Like 2 weeks ago? Wouldn't they have gotten some theaters to say "yes"?
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
When was being a Yu-Gi-Oh fan ever easy? They probably think it is exciting that they're only letting out theatre lists bit by bit but, like you said, it's annoying and people can't make plans to travel if they need to. Especially so if they are not old enough to make the journey on their own and need their parents to fund/chaperone.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
About Yugi in the movie. Is this the Yugi after battle city and before doma or is this the Yugi after KC grand Prix and before the egypt arc?
Senior Member
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
That's all the info we have about your question:
Personally, I think that's Yugi before the Memory World Arc. But there's still nothing confirmed.DM period: Certainly post-Duelist Kingdom, possibly post-Battle City. Pegasus is seen attending a tournament in Domino City which Yugi and Sugoroku also attend.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
I was checking out the site of the theater that will be closest to me and they had a little brief summary:
Paradox travels back in time to find Yusei Fudo Turbo Dueling with Crow Hogan and Jack Atlas in New Domino City. Paradox appears and challenges Yusei to a Turbo Duel. Yusei tunes "Junk Synchron" with "Junk Warrior" and Synchro Summons "Stardust Dragon", but Paradox reveals a blank card, and launches a beam at "Stardust Dragon", absorbing it and creating a blackened corrupt card of it into the blank card. Yusei confronts Paradox, who shows him the corrupt card, before vanishing through time again.
Yusei, Jack and Crow halt their Duel Runners and look in bewilderment at the original "Stardust Dragon" card, whose illustration has just been blanked.
Yusei, Jack and Crow look through the archives to find where Paradox disappeared to, until they find a record of "Stardust Dragon" attacking a duelist named Jaden Yuki in Venice. Knowing that "Stardust Dragon" could not have existed in that era, Yusei knew that Paradox was hiding there. New Domino City begins to crumble and collapse, and Jack Atlas tells Yusei that he must get "Stardust Dragon" back to stop whatever is happening.
With the support of the other Signers, Yusei Summons the Crimson Dragon. With its help, Yusei chases Paradox through a time slip.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
Most likely it's after KC GP. I base this on the fact people were surprised to see Pegasus in Doma and Yugi flash-backed to when he first met him. Now I'm no psychologist but I think if my last vison of Pegasus was seeing him die when a building fell on him I'd think back to that.
Also, it's quite likely he did a promotion to overcome the damage to I2 caused by the Doma incident.

Are these anywhere near you? I hope you get lucky, but living in an umpopulated area, you gotte expect things like this to skip over you. It is a shame they couldn't have got it to more theaters. But still, this is running in more theaters than Summer Wars is, at least I think it is.

Georgia, Missouri, and North Carolina aren't such big population hubs, compared to say, Ohio or Michigan. Florida is ranked 4th, so obviously it will have more than say, Maryland. This chart shows, see how well it corresponds to the theater list.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
Wow, glad to see Florida has 19, same amount as NY. As you know, 4kids is centered in NY, so it would be rightfully so that they would have a ton of theaters, so the executives can go and watch it and stuff. As for Florida, it is all about population being very spread out in North Florida compared to South Florida. Both areas are populated, but they are so far apart, it would be useless to have only a few in one section. So you get some in NF and some in SF.
As you go down the list, that is when it becomes more a game of which theaters want to show it.
Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
Huh, I guess I will have to see this, although I can't imagine there being any surprises, since everything seems to be revealed...

Wow, uh... want a shotgun?
Buy movie packs. Lot and lots of movie packs.
That; and as I've said before, the way the anime is set up the entire flow of events from Battle City's beginning to the Grand Prix occur as an unbroken chain of events, with no real room for anything else in that span.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
Apparently, the info I had for my place was incorrect. >__> Instead, the bastards are keeping quiet about it even though there's like only 2 weeks left.
Anyways...gotta love how they're pushing Yusei, huh? Freaking gary stu...If he were at least as sexy and perfect as Tendou, but NOOOOOOOO. I honestly find it funny that Yugi has the center position and Yusei has the least dynamic pose even though the movie's pretty much Yusei the Movie. It's become nothing more than a setup to show how astronomically high Yusei's power levels have become.
Also, just a joke, but if we say Yugi made a fake Millenium Puzzle, and that either Yugi gained a second personality or Atem's soul automatically went into Yugi's after he was put to rest(you know, like, reincarnation-ish kinda like how Kaiba is a reincarnation of Seto), we can probably shove the movie or GX's finale into any part of the timeline. >__>;;

Maddie Blaustein (not only the voice of Gramps, but Saiou and early on, Rex) passed away two years ago tragically.
It's not a big deal that most of the original dub voices can reprise their roles considering that 4kids recycles them to this day.

Re: Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time
Oh, trust me it is a big deal. For some reason people still believe the rumors that Jaden's VA never works for 4kids anymore because he was disgusted with them. Obviously this is false.
Funimation and Viz Media recycle too, just not as much. Vic Mignonia and John Young Bosch are the biggest examples.

Also, I realize that getting the tickets online may not be too good of an idea if you want the promo card. Afterall, when you buy online you print your ticket out and you just immediately go inside to where they tear your ticket stubs and such rather than the booth infront of the cinema. At least, its what I figure, anyway.
