We do not know what the explanation of Juda/Jaden will be, but it does not really matter, it only makes up around 10 seconds of the whole 45 minute special. And yes, 4kids is definetly going to dub it, it was in their 2009 Q4 conference call.

It's similar to how many ancient cultures built pyramids - they exist in more than one place, and each one is only aware of itself. In this case, Duel Spirits exist in many worlds and are only known of in some. As for Spirits playing themselves, perhaps since it is the origin of the world it is mandatory in their world and the cards are created by the Gods themselves?

    Hmm, good comparison there.

Yeah, but it's still bizarre, especially when the monsters play themselves. You'd expect them to stand on the duel field in that case, but they just ended up summoning a duplicate (eg. in Yubel's case, there were two Yubels until her second form came). At most, I could see them using cards because that's how they fight the humans coming from the "outside" world.

    [Uncertain info?]

Also, someone on 2CH says (http://changi.2ch.net/test/read.cgi/...1267324519/715) that screenings in ISESAKI end on the 9th of April. Here's Isesaki's cinema site, they indeed have the schedule up to the 9th of April: http://www.plabi-isesaki.jp/schedule/nexttime.html Whether this means the screening will end at this point or they have the schedule up only until the 9th is something we have yet to see for certain.

And keep in mind it is April Fools' Day today, so be wary of any info you come across. Someone's already doing it on 2CH:

Maybe, but I'd rather ruin the joke than have it spread like a wildfire and fool a lot of people. :V (Even if that is the point of April Fools', lol.) Remember the "Deja-vu! Yugi vs Judai vs Yusei!" title mess?

I know of 6 to 9 months. The second Gurren Lagann movie and Evangelion Rebuild 2.0 both took about 9 months. This means the DVD should be released around July. (Or if we are unlucky, around October.) But now, the best we can do is wait.

Yeah, in Japan the DVDs come out later than ours do. I remember Konjiki no Gash Bell movie 2 came out 6 months after being shown in theaters.

Indeed. I hope only once the movie ends its running theater time, we'll see some major update in the 10th Anniversary website. We must be kept satisfied somehow untill the DVD release. ;p

At most, I could see them using cards because that's how they fight the humans coming from the "outside" world.

That would make sense. As for Yubel, keep in mind that Yubel was originally an existent being.

Do you think that they will make character decks for each character in this movie like they did with Pyramid of Light? Because I really hope so, it would be super interesting.

I doubt it. Paradox's monsters are so broken they'd need to be nerfed until they sucked. Yugi's would be fine, but Judai's and Yusei's weren't all that stellar.

Well, aren't Paradox's Sin monsters nerfed by the way things look? XD (Depends on what Sin World's OCG effect would be, though...)

I think Green_lanturn may have meant those character deck lists like the ones from the Pyramid of Light novel.

As for Yubel summoning herself, I could see it as her merely summoning an avatar in her place, in a "Go bash at my avatar so you are not pounding myself personally" way. That goes against her being with her second form and ultimately fusing her final form, though. Or I guess it's just because the Duel Monsters dueling count like an "outside person" of the duel. It's like putting a chess piece in their place instead.

    That would make sense.

For Yubel, I think she kind of split herself in two so that she could duel and converse with Judai while also feeling his pain love.

And for the Sins, what does Sin Truth's release mean? Is it the last of the movie cards, or are they trolling us again?

Actually, as I noted, the posts he quoted were from 2007/2008. I don't think they were working on the Movie at that time. And going by the info we were given during the waiting time for the movie, the recording of the voice acting was done in late 2009. That's when we got the three VAs with the interviews regarding the movie itself, and Tamura and the impressions about his voice acting.

Prismamaster: To be honest, I have no idea. I only know people said many things about why GX was cancelled, from KENN not being paid to giving way for 5D's. But I don't know which one of them is true (or false), however. =/

I'd say the latter. In an interview, Chronos' Seiyuu said they'd only reserved half as long for the season as normal, so they had planned on it being short.

Yes, I heard apparently several seiyuu had difficulties with their plannings, the scripters had been obliged to adapt to write the season.

Well Yeah, that too; but those cards could go up in price. The Old Movie's Japanese Watapon sells for $300 because of how hard it is to get.

Well, 2CH is having an epic discussion on the chocolate crunch that is part of the movie merchandise, so have no fear. Although I'm afraid we have exhausted most discussion topics for the time being, until the DVD release is announced. Unless someone points out something we have overlooked so far. (Or I'll put it differently: Does anyone have a theory they'd like to discuss? XD)

Oh, and regarding the Takahashi interview I linked earlier, my friend is rather occupied with other things at the time, but she'll let me know if she progresses anything with the scan.

I'm sure something will pop up on the way. ;p Not to mention that the running time of the movie in theathers is near to its end, so I guess the main website will be updated. Another thing is that if Paradox appears in 5D'S before the Movie's DVD release, here will follow flood of discussions about him. xD

We don't really know when the movie run ends, to be honest... I mean, there was some discussion on Isesaki and some rumors from earlier, but that's it. I mean, Avatar is still running in theaters, but the DVD is coming out at the end of April. I don't think a movie's run in the theaters and their DVD release would be linked... or are they? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The only thing that seems to tie him to 5D's in some way right now is Dark Glass and his time travel-esque Accel Synchros. And Psychic Duelists, depending on how you interpret Paradox's abilities. To an extent, the way his destroyed future looks like also ties him to Darkness' vision from GX.

    Heh. :]

As for the references for my avatar and signature, it's from the SNES game called Earthbound/Mother 2. These videos will explain it all:

I'm warning you, however... it's... disturbing.

Hmmmm, well...may be you have point here.....the movie should be stopped from its running theatre time when the audience becomes reduced and the viewer's interests is on the decrease. May be there isn't appointed time for a movie to be running in cinemas. But despite this, I guess the main website will at least announce when the DVD will be released.....(and it'll be good if that happens this summer for example ;p)
