Agree Latin American Yami is as good as Dan Green but the japanese VA is still the best, at least when it comes to Yami we are not so screwed. Now Jaden and Yusei are a total different story, they just blows hard. I wouldn't stand watching the movie and hearing Latin American Yusei, he has no feelings whatsoever, he could be eating dinner or about to die and he would still sounds the same, must be worst VA ever.

I think there's next to 0% chance that the European DVD comes with Japanese audios, but the hope remains till the facts proves it wrong.

Yu-gi-oh! Monster Challenge (No idea. Probably one of those DVD games, like the ones that usually come with Disney DVDs)
Two Music Videos (For Step Up, and One Card Short lol)
    Theatrical Trailer
Languages & Subtitles: English, French and Spanish
    Yeah, that's pretty bad.

At least the Japanese DVD gave us Anubis with heartattack face. Did I mention it can't be unseen?

Well you can always watch the normal 2D version that comes in both Blue Ray and regular sets.

OAO I didn't think that for the 3D of now T_T
I just have a question: Is it just the Blu Ray the one that has the 3D version or both?
(I'll buy the Blu Ray anyways.)

Lol, I have that DVD, but I can't remember the game clearly, all I can say is that it wasn't that much fun
And yeah, the Music Videos of those two songs weren't even the full songs -_-

Our Atem can surpass Dan Green whenever he wants
And yeah, they should be refering to the Spain Spanish version, since mine has English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Probably depends on the type of 3D. If it's the modern kind that requires the special player and TV, like Avatar, then the bluray would likely have it. If not, then they might both. I'd hope for the former, as it's WAY better. (Though not many people have them, I do and I love it, except the lack of 3D movies on bluray, Avatar alone is $150+ thanks to it being a panasonic exclusive title, glad I got it with my TV)

I know what the difference between HDTV's and regular tv's are for me. HDTV movies using real (not animated) actors look like someone grabbed a cam corder and started filming. In short, I want the Japanese dvd and hope someone will summarize the movie in great detail...in english.

Do you really consider that more nightmarish than Paradox's Yami Marik face from the ending in 148?

Looks like Paradox has cataracts in his left eye there. Prob explains the monocle in the future.

    Coming this Fall

Yeah, much better cover than the one supposedly coming out in the UK. However, an inkling of mine says it will come out later in the UK due to Neo magazine saying it will be in theaters May 30th, not DVD. So first comes the Japanese release in late Spring/early Summer, then the US release in the Fall.

Well, the Fall seems like 4kids big time. They will have out by then Tai Chi Chasers, and possibly Zexal dub. So why not have the movie DVD by that time too?

Kyte, for some reason I doubt that it will be released in the Uk first, and also doubt if they are offering a Blu Ray, one won't be in the region of origin for the dub. Neo Magazine says it will be in theaters May 30th (as said in a facebook comment on the movie's page). Why would the DVD/BluRay come out the same day?

It might, considering that English is the Universal language and subtitles are included with most DVDs. I'm surprised with the whole incident in Japan that it's still a priority, though.

The GX box sets I own have no subtitles whatsoever which is what makes me wonder.

As for the situation over there, harsh as it may sound to us, I guess they need to be seen to be getting things back to normal. I suppose people like familiarity and if TV and suchlike are running a normal schedule then the public might feel safer. I don't know, I've never been in a situation such as theirs but it must be really strange for the people who live in places not affected by the earthquake or tsunami.

Japan is very good at turning over bad situations. About 4 days after the quake, a news crew was in a hotel in Tokyo, where a ballroom dinner was going on next door.

Yeah, that's true; but an earthquake is one thing, nuclear fallout and contaminated drinking water is something else entirely.

The Japanese PoL movie didn't either. It's not common for R2 DVDs to have subtitles in their country's language.

Hopefully not late to the party but..Just realized SIN World's field looks just like Carly's Future Visions.

Perhaps was an Easter Egg or some sort of hint seeing as the card IS called 'Future Visions'.

That was a joke. It's hard to convey over the internet, but I was trying to seem hearing impaired.

Ah, you're probably right. It's 4.38 pm here so I assumed all that malarky had stopped now, forgot about time zones. I hate April Fools Day

I wonder how this is going to work out with the lawsuit with 4kids. Does Manga still have the ability to do this? If so, I might buy the bluray just to get it

Chances are the press release is out because 4kids still hope for some form of resolution, and cancelling everything then restarting it is a lot harder than just cancelling everything. Once an outcome has been determined it may be canned if not in 4kids favor. As for now, chances are they hope it's going to be ok so will press on.

So does this mean it's getting a mass release? Also, as far as I can tell, it will come down to the way it plays out in court. 4Kids doesn't have the license, but they think that they will be able to either win the trial or work something out with NAS. I would say that unless something is filed in court, prohibiting 4Kids from doing this, the movie will get a release. Obviously, it's about 2 months from now, so NAS better act fast, because I'm not sure how it would play out if the DVDs already shipped to retailers. My guess is we will see this, similar to how the series will likely continue on tv and online until NAS takes further action.

I actually wouldn't mind getting this if it has the original version with the original audio.

4kids seems to be acting like this didn't happen in terms of current work. They are still streaming all dubbed episodes, streaming 5Ds subs, are going to air a new episodes every Sat this month, and are continuing voice recordings. I just hope at one point, when the trial is nearing its end, they put all the 5Ds dub episodes that are finished online so we can see them as fast as possible until they are gone. Is that against the law if a verdict wasn't decided yet? I doubt it.

4kids will have Yugioh until at least the end of May. I hope by my birthday, it will be finished.

    EDIT: @cashman

4kids still does have the license, at least until the trial is over.
