Look at Judai's legs. They failed to fully shop out the mofo who was standing behind him in the stock image they ripped him out of and slapped on the cover.

Typical of 4kids. Every DVD they released used the same stock photos over and over. It's part of the reason why I hate western merchandise of many things. In Japan they make new or original photos to go with things most of the time, where as here it's a few press shots reused to death.

Same with Doctor Who merchandise (new stuff anyway, classic series had class).

I hope if Funimation is the distributer in America they give us a Combo Pack like they are for the Eden of the East movies. I haven't upgraded to Blu-Ray yet, and I would hate to only have a DVD copy when I do upgrade. As with everybody else I would love for a bilingual copy, but that's probably too much to ask...

Funimation was the distributor for 4kids. They've since stopped. That's the main item of concern here.

I think that's just a cover that someone photoshopped up for the website. Like Mako said, if you look at Judai you can see parts of Asuka's legs there (oh God! Asuka's legs are in between Judai's on the DVD cover....... just what kind of movie is this????).

Anyway, I'm sure the cover will be the same as the movie promotional poster when it is released. Shame that play.com are the only one taking orders so far so we can't compare what other stockists are showing.

I think it's a pirated copy. Because I was also born in Malaysia, and hence I know that pirated DVDs can be found nearly anywhere in the local market.

I'm aware that Funimation is no longer the distributer for Yu-Gi-Oh!, but Manga UK has a bad habit of leaking Funimation releases before they're announced, ergo why I raised my suspicions. As for the combo pack, it wouldn't technically matter who released it, but Funimation is the only R1 anime distributer (Well, Disney, but they don't count) that I can think of doing that.

Seriously the cover could have been better... the movie was so fantastic I thought it would have had some newer pics of Yugi, Jaden and Yusei for the cover of the dvd. BTW is this only available in Blue-Ray? There's no regular DVD version?

They could make a new card, but I highly doubt it. If there was one, I would definitely like Magic Gate of Miracles.

Well ya never know, at the movie we're all given a card. And then there's the movie packs sold in stores. If a card does come with the dvd, it would probably be a new card, something that wasn't in the movie itself.

It def looks like Sin Rainbow has a lot more effect to it than the OCG one. Be interesting to know how Paradox Dragon works too, since it bent the rules of the game by Special Summoning that discarded Stardust from the Graveyard.

Is Anime Sin Cyber End Dragon any different as well? I know there is a picture of that on the poster. Shame Yugi is covering anime Sin Truth Dragon.

Looking at the card version of the movie!Sinbow, from what I can see it appears to retain the original Rainbow Dragon's effects. (e.g., remove Gem Beasts from the graveyard to increase the card's ATK by 1000 points for each Gem Beast removed.) Similarly to how Sin Cyber End "inherited" Cyber End Dragon's Piercing effect.

On a side note, the movie card art for the Sin Monsters are so delicious.

I noticed that pretty recently, and it bugs me every time I see it. xD; Makes it seem like it's episode1!Yuusei in all of the promotional art, which is weird to me. I know it's a criminal mark, but really.. it's not like parents are gonna complain, because they probably don't know that, and the fans for the most part don't think about it much. It just looks cool.. they should leave it on. D:
