Yup that's correct. And like someone mentioned before the judai scene was a brief one from episode 180. And I also laughed at the over 9000 joke that wasn't as annoying as CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES over and over .
Edit: the gx scene had no audio since there was someone talking throughout the whole 10 min recap part. Well there was talking from the scenes but the 180 gx one didn't have any

Loved it, the dub script was actually really good, and the humor was actually good.

Jack: *to Crow* You better know him, that's Yugi Muto. Shame his hairstyle is outdated.

Judai: I see your card and I raise you a Trap card! Elemental Mirage!

Pegasus: My greatest dream come true! All of you so close to me~ *to little kids surrounding him.................*

Also Paradox's voice sounded very well-mannered, was at almost the same tone they used for Chronos/Crowler just a slight deeper tone. And I think they kept his Synchro Summon chant for Paradox Dragon. Also, he was blown away in the final turn, like, DBZ style (all white, outlines disburse) Music was pretty cool, they did use dub tracks they used in their dubs. There were serious moments were no music was heard. Loved whatever theme they used when Yusei thinks of all his friends and characters he's met, it had a choir going 'aaaaaaa' and all, was a very neat touch. Gave me chills.

Also, did anyone see contest winners? They didn't show for me..=(

Also, Pegasus still had his M. Eye!? I mean, you see a corner of it when he first appears, then in the scene of the helicopter as he approaches, it shows a lot on it. Weird, much? Well, he had the eye showing during public appearances back then, so maybe he has a fake so people wouldn't be all WTF? Who knows.

Review:
If you want a quick synopsis without spoilers, the movie is a good fan service when they get to the duel but before the duel the plot seems a bit rushed and the 3D works well, not the best but it works. Also cool to hear classic(4kids dubbed) and new music.

Recap and Full Review:
(NOTE quotes are not exact and I have terrible grammar so if I make a mistake, I'll fix it as soon has possible)
With the logo popped up, the first 10 minutes of the movie is RECAP of all the previous series. A movie targeting for the fans and they have to do a recap why? But what's interesting about the moment that the narrator is Paradox(The antagonist) but they don't say it's him. By the way the voice of Paradox is awesome!

With the logo popped up again, we see Jaden running through the streets of Vince, running away from a few dragons. Jaden(Cool to hear Jaden's voice actor again) remarking how awesome this it, when an UNEDITED version of Yubel with a different voice actor and Banner with a different voice actor(Or the actors forget how to do their voices) marked how serious this is. Then Paradox unleashed Stardust Dragon at Jaden.

The next scenes show a REANIMATED version of New Domino's destruction(Yusie escaping and people dying). But it was a dream of Yusei's whom worries about the sins that his father did onto the city. With him mopping, Jack and Crow with a different voice actor come and try to help Yusei out with a duel. Then Paradox shows up and steals Yusei's Stardust Dragon and say's "Your era shall vanish".

At their house, the three try to figure at who Paradox was and what he wants. Then Leo, Luna, and Aki show up, showing the three records of the past. Their Jack remarks about Yu-Gi, "Even though his hair outdated..." One record shows the what was happening in the begging of the movie.

Then the city disappear into ashes. Realizing that Paradox his a time traveler, they got to stop him. So the Crimson Dragon appeared and takes Yusie into the past for the reason of..."I got a feeling".

So the Crimson Dragon saves Jaden and brings Yusei to Jaden. The two meet and Jaden says that he was after Paradox since he got word from his friends that their cards we're stolen. So Jaden was after Paradox and not the other way around. After that they discovered that Paradox's next attack is Pegasus(Through Jaden's laptop). By the way, their introduction is about the same as a fanfiction.

The next scene shows Yu-Gi and Grandpa walking around the city plaza. When Pegasus arrives, saying "I'm honored to meet all of you today but in reality it's an honor for all of you to meet me."; Paradox attacks the crowd. With everybody dying and fleeing, Pegasus marks, "This can't be happening, their stealing the show from me." Yu-Gi being the lone survivor, see's Paradox marking how he succeeded. THEN Yu-Gi gets eaten and spit back out by the Crimson Dragon in the past with Yusei and Jaden(Man, the Crimson Dragon does a lot of work in this movie).

Yu-Gi agrees to help the two and duel Paradox. Before their duel, Paradox states how the future will be destroyed by duel monster's(Want to know details, watch 5d's). With the three saying that the future can be changed, they duel. I'm not gonna mark every single thing in the duel but I will mark some moments I thought we're funny.

-When Yu-Gi pep talk Yusei in how he's not a failure, Paradox remarked, "Out of all your speechs, that one was your weakest."

-When Yu-Gi added Dark Magician to his hand, Paradox said, "That was obvious"

-When Yusei started to get his courage back, he sees the entire cast of 5d's in front of him(Including Sherry which makes the time line of this movie a bit confusing especially if how couldn't Yusei connect the cause of what Paradox is doing with Yialister?) and also see Aki wink at Yusei.

-The effect of Malefic Truth Dragon change in the dubbed version of the movie, instead of dealing 1000 points of damage it's 800.

-Banner is the cheerleader in this duel.

-All of ace monsters of the trio, attack and destroy Paradox.

After the duel, the trio stated that they should do this again but duel each other instead of saving the world. Then the last minute of the movie is seen with Yusie heading back
to his time line and stated, the future isn't written in stone(Your enemies say differently).

Just came back from the movie, and I got to say, I was impressed. 4Kids didn't do half-bad this time around, and the mandatory jokes were pretty funny. These were the more memorable lines which got the theater laughing.

"My worst fear has come true! I've been upstaged!" Pegasus during Paradox's attack.
"He doesn't look so tough. Then again, what do you expect with that outdated hair?"- JACK ATLUS talking about Yugi, probably got the exact line wrong because the theater was cracking up.
"Yeah, we're from the future, big whoop."-Jaden explaining the situation to Yugi. Jaden was pretty much the jokester here. I can't say much about him, because honestly, I haven't watched much of GX.
And of course,
Jaden: I've seen some big monsters, but this one takes the cake.
Yusei: Yeah, and probably ate it too!-The two of them reacting to Malefic Truth Dragon.

A few other comments:
-Pegasus seems to have an ego to match Kaiba now
-Holy crap! DM and DMG had spoken lines!
-Its nice to hear Dan Green again, I grew up with him voicing Yugi and Yami Yugi
-Of course, each character throws out their respective catch phrase at some point
-The recap was only ten minutes!? It felt like a lot longer then that to me! It did have some scenes from the OPs not shown in the dub though
-When Stardust Dragon's attack became 10,000, the theater broke into applause. I'm not kidding. My theater loved the movie and also applauded after the end.

Banner is the same actor, Wayne Greyson. As far as acting goes, it was great all around. Even Pegasus was Fabulous as the building crashed on him (no, he didn't say he was upstaged as it fell on him, he said it when Paradox showed up and started attacking. As the building fell, he reacted in fear)

I heard at least some music from the 4kids dub of DM. I thought it was pretty fair all around. There might have been some original stuff but I don't obsess over the music. You'll have to ask someone else.^_^;

Well today, Me and my Girlfriend went to go see the Yu-Gi-Oh 3d bonds beyond time

and it was...actually Ok


there weren't too many there (maybe 10-15 people were there including us), which is good considering to a lot of other people where the theartre was practically full...as it was annoying since alot of people were being annoying and some shouting abridged references...so I lucked out...plus my girlfriend swears she saw one guy with a bag full of yugioh cards


the footage it self seemed to be unedited, except for the cards as what they usually do for the tv show...fortunately I got to see Aki boobs, unfotunately my girlfriend saw Yubel boob

My girlfriend being the yoai fan-girl, I believe she was shipping all three main characters through out the movie... and thinking of fan-art and fanfiction the whole time.


for the credits, everyone stayed through the whole thing (i guess they were expecting more after wards) 4kids did the same thing they did for Turtles Forever (another anniversary movie) and played all the openings during the credits...

Music was very good by 4Kids standards. It did include tracks you've heard in the dub series with a bit of a 'remix' which is a nice touch for an anniversary film in dub. Some of the tracks did sound like in Pyramid of Light, very dramatic. But there are silent moments without music or anything.

Paradox did call the spirit as 'Yugi' so which would make more sense. But, he apparently has given listen to his talks in the past and that the one he gave to Yusei was quite the weakest one yet. Also, whoever voiced Grandpa almost sounded just like his original VA. But he didn't have many lines. I would say the only edits they did visually were the cards and adding English terms. Yes, English. No gibberish or weird symbols.

Oh and yes, Atem's reaction was still the same. "..Synchro-what?" and 'Jaden' comes up with "No clue bro, but its awesome!" And yeah, 'Jaden' in personality terms of dub did go up, saying 'dude, bro, whatevs, sweetness' and all that. But no worries, isn't bad at all actually. Wasn't annoying. Btw loved the reactions given at the look back on the series.

DM: "Yeah!! Whoohoo!!"
GX: "Oh dear God..."

I saw the movie three hours ago with my cousin and her friend, and according to the ticket seller the theater was packed, with only 22 seats left. I was surprised at all the people close to my age, but some kids with their parents were there too. A kid in back of me started singing the 5Ds theme at the credits -_-. The dub wasn't bad, but I felt like Jaden made the most jokes. One of the best lines of the movie was "Synchro what?". Also, at the end of the movie where Yugi, Judai, and Yusei are making a promise, some guy shouted "Where's the magic marker?!"
*Edit* I was sitting in the front row and couldn't make much use of the 3D glasses, but it was enjoyable.

Animation was amazing. The only thing that hurt this movie was the lack of original music. Man, the original music would've made this movie perfect. That, and the actual appearance of the real cards. Overall, I'd give this movie a solid B. Enjoyable. Could've been better, but still good. Thankfully 4Kids didn't kill the magic of this movie in the end.

And an interesting observation. During the end when they show the tournament Pegasus hosted and the kids playing. Apparently there was a kid who summoned Gladiator Beast Gyzarus against a player who had Marshmallon. The fact there were Gladiator Beasts in Yugi's time periods BREAKS MY MIND.

Just gonna say here that I thought the humor and cheesy lines actually made the movie a blast. Theater atmosphere and everyone else to enjoy it with and whatnot. And it's not totally obnoxious.

I feel bad for the people that were knocking that cake line earlier, because they saw it offhand and not in of the context with the mood and place in the movie. Now it'll just irk them when they hear it, which is a shame because I thought the cheese was far in between, but totally golden when it popped up overall.

The only thing I didn't like was how Yusei was being a little negative Nancy early into the duel.
Oh yeah. Take a drink of your beverage or whatever each time you see Jaden wink or thumbs up (or both).
